I had a "why didn't I think of this sooner" moment last Friday. My students were taking a paper/pencil benchmark test and I didn't want to flip through all those pages 24 times, so I had the students write their answers on a half sheet of paper. This was also great practice for them for the End of Grade test at the end of the year. I had them ALL graded in 10 minutes!
Here is a sneak peek to my Mathematical Monday post. I completed a new Thanksgiving/Fall Math Pack and we used the "Sweet Angles" craftivity for our 4th grade Math Fall Festival. This pack review 4.G.2 & 4.NBT.1-6.
This week our students have been running for Student Council. Every student in our school is required to write a speech, but not required to run. Those who do want to run for student council are required to make a poster. This is one of my students made, I LOVE the Dr. Seuss twist!
Thank you for all your love and support during my "Year of Blogging" celebration! Congrats to Allee & Markisha!
Love the Ninja Turtles!! One show I didn't mind watching growing up with two brothers! Who, by the way, always out voted me!
